Five Bangladeshis have died in a road accident while returning from fishing in the Arabian Sea in Oman. Several others were injured in the incident. It is learned that the condition of two of the injured is critical.
The accident happened on Saturday (February 13th) at around 4am local time on a road in the country’s Dukum.
The dead in the accident are- Md. Omar Farooq, Minhaj, Mamun, Milad and Rubel. All of them are known to be residents of Sandwip upazila of Chittagong.
All 10 victims were fishing in the Arabian Sea. They were returning home from fishing in the sea on Friday night.
